In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Bill and I reduced our rates for estate plans, and streamlined the process. As a result, we completed A LOT of plans. We are continuing to offer our estate planning services at a reduced rate. You will have a consultation with an attorney, and about a week later you will see draft documents. After you approve the documents, we meet to sign everything. You will walk out with a binder of your documents. To take advantage of this service, book your appointment today. Each package includes the following:
Telephone (or in-person) consultation with attorney to discuss:
passing of property upon death
nature of assets/property
estate plan (who you want your stuff to go to)
probate avoidance
trusts (if applicable)
guardianship
minor children
powers of attorney
advanced directives
edit/revising your will in the future
calls range in time from 30-90 minutes depending on the client’s need
When completed, you will have a white binder with the following documents:
Last Will and Testament
Financial Power of Attorney (POA)
Health Care Power of Attorney (HCPOA)
Living Will
In-person signing of documents at our office, your home, or other suitable location.

Our promotional pricing for 2025 is as follows:
Married Couples - $600
Single Persons - $500
Childcare Workers, & Teachers - Now $400 (+$100 for spouse)
Title and deed work is extra. This includes transfer on death affidavits (deeds). A typical fee is around $150 (includes deed prep and recording fees charged by the County Recorder’s Office).
To the extent you need hourly work completed, our attorneys are $275.00 per hour; paralegals are billed at a rate of $150.00 per hour.
